General Terms

1. Description of Service - The website new.bizlx.com offers a platform to register for online business promotion, by retailers, suppliers, manufacturers, professionals, exporters, importers, hotels, resorts, cottages, travel agents or advertisers or members who can post their pictures, hot deals, sales, featured advertisements etc and information that promotes their legitimate business or appearance on Internet based media.
2. Service Provider Rights - We have right to accept and reject anyone on personal discretion if we suspect any wrongful intention with information, objectionable content, offensive language or pictures like nudity and objectionable material used for attracting anyone for unethical reasons.
3. Registration Obligations -By utilising new.bizlx.com services, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about your business as prompted by the service's registration form and (b) maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it accurate, and complete. new.bizlx.com has the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate the reason to believe that you have violated the certain parameters.
4. Governing Laws, Jurisdiction - Unless you are in India, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the formation of this Agreement or the breach of this Agreement, including any claim based upon an alleged tort, shall be governed by the substantive IT laws of the Republic of India. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.
5. Modification of Terms - We may change or modify these terms from time to time or may be any time. We will update on significant changes to these terms or Agreement on our website on the date these terms were last revised. Any changes or modifications to terms or Agreement shall be effective and binding on you as of the date indicated in a notice posted on this page. If no date is specified, your use of the Services after such changes or modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the Agreement as modified. If you do not agree to abide by this Agreement, you are not authorised to use or access the Services.
6. Fraud - It is a violation of these terms & agreement for you to misuse or fraudulently use credit cards, charge cards, electronic funds transfers, electronic checks, or any other payment method which may not belong legitimately to you for buying our services, on detection or on complaint regarding this, may we may report any such misuse or fraudulent use, as determined in our sole discretion, to governmental and law enforcement authorities, credit reporting services, financial institutions and/or credit card companies.
7. Price Change - The Company reserves the right to change subscription plans, prices, the annual or half yearly payment amount, or any other charges at any time. We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days’ notice before charging you with any price change. It is your sole responsibility to periodically review billing information provided by us through the user dashboard / billing tool or through other methods of communication, including notices, email sent or posted by us.
8. Billing - If you have any questions concerning a charge on your account, billing dispute, wallet balance, or any other financial complications, please reach out to our billing department for assistance.
9. Refunds - Only first-time accounts are eligible for any sort of refund (Both Reseller & Business Listing Accounts). For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account with us, you will not be eligible for any refund. Violations of this Agreement will waive your rights under the refund policy.
10. Termination -We may terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, including deletion or confiscation of all files, content, images, video etc or registrations, without notice in the event that: (i) you fail to pay any fees due hereunder to Bizlx.com ; (ii) you violate the terms and conditions of this Agreement; (iii) your conduct may harm Bizlx.com or others, cause Bizlx.com or others to incur liability, or disrupt Bizlx.com business operations (as determined by Bizlx.com in its sole discretion); (iv) you are abusive toward Bizlx.com staff in any manner; or (v) for any other lawful reason, including to comply with applicable law, or as otherwise specified in this Agreement. In such event, Bizlx.com will not refund to you any fees paid in advance of such termination, and you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such termination. UPON TERMINATION OF THE SERVICES FOR ANY REASON, USER CONTENT, USER WEBSITES, AND OTHER DATA MAY BE DELETED.

Reseller Terms and Responsibility

1. If you wish to resell our services you must use a single individual reseller account. Multiple reseller accounts by one person, company are not allowed.
2. To become an authorised reseller, its mandatory for every applicant to have DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) formality to get wallet & registration certificate activated.
3. The Registered Resellers will have a responsibility to make verification about business listings, make their authentic information checked before posting any information.
4. Resellers shall ensure that each of its clients, customers or users (“Reseller Users”) complies with this Agreement, including for the sake of clarity and terms mentioned.
5. Resellers are responsible for supporting Reseller Users, including but not limited to providing customer service, billing support and technical support.v
6. The Company can provide direct support to business listing users, only if they are directly registered with us.
7. The company does not provide direct support to Reseller's Users. (Listed Business Accounts)
8. If a Reseller's User contacts us, we reserve the right to assign a new reseller, or keep service on hold until the reseller can assume responsibility for the Reseller's User.
9. All support requests must be made by the Resellers on Reseller User’s behalf for security purposes.
10. Resellers are also responsible for all content stored or transmitted under their reseller account and the actions of Reseller Users.
11. The Company may hold any reseller responsible for any of their client’s actions that violate the law or this Agreement.
12. The resellers must ensure whatever content they are posting, they are liable for its copyright, trade mark, intellectual property agreement issues as per law of land.
13. The Company is not responsible for the acts or omissions of our resellers while they put data on behalf of their business listing clients.
14. The resellers are hereby expected to comply the Company terms and against any and all claims made by any User arising from the reseller’s acts or omissions.
15. The Company reserves the right to revise our Reseller Program at any time.
16. Changes shall take effect when posted online or on any subsequent date as may be set forth by the Company.
17. Refunds can be initiated after verifying actual cause, issue and compliance of company.
18. The refunds will be entertained after cross checking needful and essential parameters.
19. The refund amount will be maximum 50% of total amount lying with us in your wallets.
20. In case of dispute between resellers and their clients we can mediate to settle things peacefully, but resellers are advised not to commit services which are not part of our contract, policy or availability.
21. Resellers in the the Company’s Reseller Program assume all responsibility for billing, service and technical support for each of the Users signed up by the reseller.
22. Resellers will gain access to services after fulfilling the desired criterion set by company standards
23. Resellers will adhere to provide lawful, accurate information regarding their profile, business or identity, any suspicious activity, profile or unlawful act may attract legal action and immediate termination of services.
24. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. the Company does not maintain backups of dedicated accounts or the Services purchased by you. Although we try to recover data in case of unexpected crash or failure of data centres, but you should not rely solely on the Company for backup. It is solely your responsibility to maintain hard and raw backups.
25. The Company is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for all files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on the Company’s servers.
26. You may not assign or transfer this service or any of your rights as reseller or obligations hereunder, without the prior written consent of the Bizlx.com Company. Any attempted assignment in violation of this service agreement shall be null and void and of no force or effect whatsoever. We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement and terms, and may engage subcontractors or agents in performing our duties and exercising our rights hereunder, without the consent of Reseller or User. This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

1. User Information - You understand and are aware that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics or other materials (hereinafter "content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. This means that you, and not new.bizlx.com is entirely responsible for all content that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit via new.bizlx.com services. We can verify the data up to some limit but cannot guarantee its 100% accuracy, integrity or quality. You understand that by using the Service, the copyright of images you load automatically can be used or manipulated by someone in public domain.
2. Rights of Membership - new.bizlx.com reserves the right to activate/deactivate in event of suspicion or remove anything submitted to its service and to cancel any complimentary or free membership, at any time, for any reason and without prior notice. In addition, we may terminate your account including accounts of paying members, or block your access to certain features for violation of certain ethics on public platform
3. Violation of Accounts & Copyrights - You agree to notify new.bizlx.com immediately if any unauthorised person uses your account or data-posing fake details about your business. Additionally, we do not distribute any software or application violating any copyrights, concerning applications or software agreement under copyrights.
4. Content Submission by Users -new.bizlx.com does not claim ownership of the Content you place on your profile page. By registering / submitting content on new.bizlx.com you simply grant new.bizlx.com the world-wide, royalty-free, and exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting your Profile page and information section.
5. Registration Charges - After registration and uploading data, you can receive email notification from new.bizlx.com for any changes to its fees or billing methods, you will be subject to the fees and billing methods set annually or half yearly forth for the membership subscription type you select during the online registration process and/or in the materials presented to you in connection. Registered members can pay for their memberships by credit card, Internet banking or cash deposit at their convenience. Unpaid Memberships can be removed after 30 days of non-payment after notice is sent.
6. Backup - The Company is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for all files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on the Company’s servers. Though in case of Data Loss, we would try best to recover files from backup support.
7. Termination - Our Services offer plans for a fixed period of time that you select upon purchase (e.g. 6 month, 1 year, etc.) and we / our resellers will support you on purchase of any plan you might subscribe to. The day your plan validity expires, and you wish not to continue (which we wont expect) your service will automatically get terminated. You can renew the service again after paying the subscription plan suitable to you
8. Refunds - We are an internet based advertising platform, and do not guarantee or promise any success with this endeavor, refunds can be claimed only in situation if we fail to publish your profile page and information for specified period committed by us. However, information posted or published, then any sudden technical breakdowns or server complications leading to non-availability of content for temporary reasons or reasons beyond our control to manage data loss do not promise refunds. However, in any case the business listing user is seeking refund who is directly listed or listed by any authorised reseller from us, can claim only 30% of refund of total subscription amount through his / her reseller after 15 days are passed.
9. Advertisements and Promotions - new.bizlx.com is purely an online promotion and information platform. We can run advertisements and promotions on new.bizlx.com site at any profile, page or section, including yours. By creating your profile and page on new.bizlx.com site, you agree that new.bizlx.com has the right to run such advertisements and promotions in a manner and with such frequency that is subject to change.
10. Listing Cancellation NOTICE - Any registered member who intends to cancel Registration Membership at any time can send email to info@new.bizlx.com with Subject Tag "Cancel My Membership" Subject Line. However termination of content initiated by registered users themselves will not facilitate any refund, not any compensation in any kind after 15 days have passed as being a registered user. Before 15 days, you will get 50% deduction on your membership fees. Discounted listings will not get any refunds. You understand and agree that the cancellation of your Membership is your sole right and remedy, new.bizlx.com management, its promoters will not have any liability of refund other than specified terms mentioned thereof.
